Lactation & postpartum support · in your home

You deserve
care, too.

Gentle feeding guidance and practical support that makes the first weeks at home feel a little lighter.

See how I can help

Calm. Capable. Never judging.

A softer kind of support

Not just advice.
A steadier home.

The early days are tender, intense, and full of small things that suddenly feel enormous.

I come to you—where feeding really happens, where the laundry waits, and where a glass of water within reach can change the whole afternoon. Together, we focus on what would genuinely help today.

Care shaped around you

One visit.
Whatever brings relief.

Some days call for feeding guidance. Some call for a warm meal, an emptied dishwasher, or ten quiet minutes in the shower. Often, it’s a little of everything.

Feeding support

Lactation guidance

Personal, unhurried help in the place you feed most. We look at the whole picture—not just one feed.

  • Positioning and latch support
  • Comfort, rhythm, and feeding questions
  • Pumping and bottle-feeding guidance
  • A calmer, more workable setup at home
  • Support feeding confidently in cafés, parks, and out in the world
  • Clear next steps and referrals when needed

Whole-home support

Practical postpartum care

A calm pair of hands for the mother, partner, and family—so you can rest, eat, shower, or simply exhale.

  • Simple meals, snacks, and hydration
  • Dishes, laundry, and light household tasks
  • Holding baby while you care for yourself
  • Listening, company, or peaceful quiet
  • Small changes that make your space work better

Practical postpartum care is non-medical support for the family; it is not babysitting, housekeeping, or a substitute for medical care.

Your visit, your rhythm

No performance.
No perfect home.
No judgment.

You don’t need to tidy up. You don’t need to know what to ask. You only need to let me in.

I’ll listen first, notice what is taking your energy, and follow your lead. If you want to talk, I’m here. If you want quiet, I’m good at that too.

About me

A mother beside
another mother.

I’m Vera—a mother of two, a lactation consultant, a deep listener, and a practical kind of person.

I hold a degree with a major in psychology, alongside additional education in early childhood. That background helps me meet both parents and babies with curiosity, patience, and a wider understanding of family life.

Through raising my own children and supporting mothers over the years, I learned that good care is rarely about having one clever answer. It is about seeing the whole person, the family, and the home around them.

I bring experience, warmth, and curiosity—but never a script. My role is to help you find more ease and confidence in the way that feels right for your family.
